Hired as an interaction designer with a team of 12, I had been the sole UX designer by the time I left the company. ACTO is a mid-size SaaS company that strives to help pharmaceutical and medical devices by omnichannel experience to go market-ready
Intro
Roles and Responsibilities
My role was to take care of shipping user experiences covering admin, manager & sales representatives. It is a B2B org, an enterprise team dedicated to pharmaceutical companies and their teams. I worked on projects revolving around coaching the sales reps, manager experiences, admin responsibilities, etc.
I’m a jack-of-all-trades product designer who:

→ Conducted UX research workshops

→ Built coaching experiences from scratch

→ Envisioned roadmaps alongside product partners

→ Established culture and processes within our design team

→ Drove 0-1 design for multiple shipped experiences

Unifying forms
Overview
In 2023, our main focus was to standardize user experience across all forms within the platform. As there's a lot of variability in how different forms function, causing inconsistency in user experience.
My Role
I led the research and design efforts to enhance the end-to-end forms experience, covering everything from creating and filling out forms to viewing them.
